Return/Exchange information

Ordering

Orders placed online are normally processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please allow 3-6 business days as peak sale events and holidays. We accept most major credit cards and PayPal. Please checkout with PayPal if you are shipping to an address different from your billing. All orders that have shipping addresses that do not match will be subject to a hold for verification. To assure prompt and on time delivery, please ship to your Billing Address. 

Tracking numbers are sent to the email on file under The Leverage Distribution. Before calling and asking about tracking, please look through your emails.

Regular shipped orders usually take about 4 - 6 business days for arrival.

All orders are securely processed by Authorize.net and undergo fraud protection by Signifyd.

Return Policy

Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. 

  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 calendar days of the delivery date to receive a refund, exchange or store credit.
  • Merchandise returned after 14 days and before 30 days of received date are only eligible for store credit.
  • Merchandise cannot be returned and/or exchanged after 30 days of received date.
  • Merchandise must be Unworn, Unused, Unwashed in Original Garment Bag with tags attached
  • Sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges.
  • Shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs fees are non-refundable on refused/return packages.
  • If the order being returned took advantage of a promotion, i.e. free shipping, the value of the promotion will be deducted from the refund.
  • Discounted merchandise is final sale.
  • Orders that used a promotional codes given out by our newsletter emailing services are considered to be sale items since it is using a code for a discounted price. These orders and items purchased in these orders are non-returnable. 
  • Please contact Customer Service at support@embellish.zendesk.com regarding any damages
  • Once a package leaves Embellish NYC's warehouse we are not responsible for lost or stolen goods. A claim will have to be opened by the buyer with the shipping company. No refunds or replacements will be sent out until further hearing from the shipping company.

 

International Orders, Customs & Duty Import Fees

We do not accept international exchanges.

Our company has no control over these charges and we are unable to tell you what the cost would be, as custom policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Customers are responsible for the charges.

If you have any questions regarding Custom fees, please contact your local customs office for more information on the current charges.


Store Credit

The store credit code will be emailed to you after your return has processed. The code is valid for a ONE-time use and does not have an expiration date. Store credit cannot be combined with a promotional code, and does not apply towards the shipping fee.

U.S. Returns

Orders may be returned using any shipping method of your choice at your expense; we suggest using a traceable and insured service to prevent packages from being lost as we are not responsible for any lost packages. Please include your invoice or returns form when mailing your return to the address below:

International Returns

Orders must be returned within 30 days of receiving your package. Orders may be returned using any shipping method of your choice at your expense; we suggest using a traceable and insured service to prevent packages from being lost as we are not responsible for any lost packages.  Please include your invoice or order number. Shipping and duties, taxes, customs fees are non-refundable. Items can be returned to the address below:

Refunds and Processing

  • Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed, which approximately takes 1-5 business days from the received date.
  • Orders placed from 8AM and before will be packed and processed within 1-3 business days. Any orders placed after 8AM PST will be processed the following business day unless customer contacts customer service for next day shipping charges.
